I am a Licensed professional counselor and chemical dependency counselor. I provide trauma-informed, culturally sensitive therapy. With experience in diverse settings, I have helped individuals from a wide range of cultural and spiritual backgrounds navigate challenges from everyday stress to severe mental health issues. I am passionate about guiding those who feel stuck in the past, are facing life transitions, or are working on self-improvement toward creating meaningful and fulfilling lives. I believe that compassion and strong relationships are essential to the healing process. My holistic approach to counseling fosters a safe, open, and validating environment where thoughts, feelings, and beliefs can be expressed without fear of judgment.
